Breakdowns
If your stairlift breaks down or malfunctions;
The sooner you call, the sooner we can get to you! All of our engineers are fully trained and certified in the breakdown and repair aspects of stairlifts.
Although we cannot guarantee a working fix on our first call out to you, we endeavour to fix every stairlift on the same day where possible.
On occasion, we may need to order replacement parts which can take 3 to 4 working days to come from the manufacturer.

Servicing
Servicing
Have your stairlift serviced annually! The regular servicing of your stairlift will help prevent issues from arising throughout the lifetime of the lift.
With a variety of potential issues arising, our service engineers have an extensive list of both mechanical and safety checks that are examined with each service.
Our specialised service engineers, are not only there to check the functionality of the lift, but also to recheck and secure the original fittings where the lift was installed and secured to the stairs itself.

Installations
Installations
Following our initial visit to your home, to measure your staircase, we will book in the installation of your stairlift at a convenient time that suits your schedule.
Depending on the type of stairlift fitted, the installation times will vary accordingly.
Our engineer will be able to give you a more accurate time frame, once on-site.
Below you will find some approximations to which will provide a better idea as to how long the installation will take.
Installation Time
Straight Stair Cases
If the stairlift is being fitted on straight stairs, the approximate installation time will be between 2 and a half and 3 hours. This will include a full demonstration and run through on the usage and facilities of the lift.
Curved / Complex Stair Cases
If it is a more complex curved stairlift, assuming a bend or turn in your staircase, the installation will take between 3 and half and 4 hours. This time would increase depending on the number of turns or bends in your staircase. Again, these times would include a full demonstration and run through on the usage and facilities of the lift.
